Sponsorship Offers

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Laguna Beach Parents Club. The mission of the LBPC is to provide opportunities for Laguna Beach Parents to find support, create connections and develop a community so that they may flourish as parents. As a LBPC sponsor, your advertising dollars will help us provide more services to our membership base as well as to extend further into the community to help more families.

Sponsor Benefits

All Sponsors will have their logo on the home page of the LBPC public website where it will be viewed by potential members, community supporters and over 230 LBPC families. From the LBPC home page, your logos will link to our Sponsors page which lists and describes your business, provides contact information and displays your logo. Your logo links to your website or whatever URL you prefer.

In addition, Sponsor logos will appear on the front page of the LBPC monthly newsletter. This newsletter is distributed electronically to all members. Your newsletter logo will link to your website.

Sponsor Levels - Premier and Club

The LBPC offers two levels of sponsorship – Premier and Club. Premier level sponsorship receives two additional benefits over Club level sponsorship. Logos for Premier sponsors are larger and more prominently placed than Club logos on both the public website home page and the monthly newsletter. Premier level sponsors also have the opportunity to provide advertisements to our members in our monthly newsletter. The advertisements can contain graphics or be text based.

Logo/Ad Specifications

Submitting Your Logo

Logo specifications:

  • We need logos in jpeg format.
  • We prefer logo artwork that is 300 dpi or better.
  • We cannot adjust your artwork.
  • Please send us your logo with your company name in the filename.
Describing Your Business (for public website)

Please provide business contact information including phone number, website and email address. We also ask that you submit a brief description of your business (150 words or less including spaces). Your content will be reviewed and may be edited by the LBPC.

Submitting Your Advertisement (Premier Level only)

Our Club newsletter is distributed on the first of each month. Advertisements are due one week prior to the end of the month. Your ad may be submitted in graphical form or text.

Ad artwork specifications:
  • We need artwork in jpg format.
  • Your ad should be 1/3 of a page vertical (7.5” by 3”).
  • We prefer artwork that is 300 dpi or better.
  • We cannot adjust your artwork.
  • Please send us your ad file with your company name in the filename.
Text ad specifications:
  • Text should be less than 750 characters (including spaces and any contact information you want to provide).

To Become a Sponsor

Our Sponsor list is updated once per quarter. To participate, print and complete the Sponsorship Form and mail it, along with payment, to the LBPC, PO Box 1636, Laguna Beach, CA 92652. The Sponsorship Form, payment and all submissions (logo, business description and ad artwork/text) must be received by the following dates in order to participate that quarter:

  • Quarter 1 – Submit by December 15
  • Quarter 2 – Submit by March 15
  • Quarter 3 – Submit by June 15
  • Quarter 4 – Submit by September 15
