About The Event
Join us for a kid-friendly hike along the West Ridge at Top of the World / Alta Laguna Park. We will begin shortly after 10am so please arrive on time. Plan for a hike that should run approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. The hike will not have any technical sections but there will be moderate elevation gain. There is no shade or tree coverage so remember to pack sunscreen, water and snacks. I recommend wearing a hat along with comfortable shoes. Mom's are always welcome to join our hikes!
We will meet by the playground at Alta Laguna Park. Contact the project coordinator Jake Provost (917) 539-3465 if you have any questions. The parking lot for Alta Laguna Park is small but there is sufficient street parking in the area.
