About The Event
The Laguna Beach Parents Club is proud to announce its 8th Annual Halloween Walk Tuesday, October 22, 4:15pm, Main Beach/Laguna Presbyterian Church Parking Lot off Third St.
Get ready for our biggest event of the year. Our team is feverishly putting details together, if you are new to the Club or a seasoned veteran you will not be disappointed!
First timer? Heres the run down..... Grab your kids, costume, candy buckets, and a lil cash and meet us at Main Beach at 4:45pm. From Main Beach the Laguna Beach Police Department will escort us down Forest Ave to parade our costumes and kiddos. The parade concludes at the Laguna Beach Presbyterian Parking lot off Third St where a huge after party takes place, complete with dj, prizes, Starfish (food for purchase) and much more.
Many city entities and local merchants support this wonderful event donating their time and resources such as a working cement truck to climb on, Waste Management provides a working trash truck for the kids to explore as well. We will also have ballerinas gracing us from Tutu School of Dance and much much more.
If you are new to the Club and this is your first event, we organize the parade by playgroup. Upon arrival to Main Beach find your playgroup coordinator or the year your child was born and stick with them, it is a great opportunity to meet fellow parents with same age kids who are doing the same things you are!
This year our charity that we will be supporting is the Youth Shelter of Laguna Beach. This is a 6-bed shelter for troubled youth between the ages of 11 and 17. The shelter supports youth and their families who are in crisis due to domestic violence, substance abuse, child abuse, serious communication problems and family conflict.
