● Taco Tuesday at Renaissance- small turnout, still want to partner with LBPC, Allison S. will look into spa day with kids club benefits
● Gala 5.18.19 at 7Seven7 7-10p *52 guests attended total
o P&L breakdown (see attached spreadsheet)
o Summary:
▪ Silent auction/ raffle $5,595
▪ Ticket sales $5,190
o To do:
▪ Confirm all auction items have been paid and winners have all necessary contact info to redeem prizes
▪ Thank you do donors, vendors, etc.. on social and website (additional thank you letters not necessary)
▪ Tara will email link for photos when ready, Jill will hand off to Sofia and Aleks to post on social and website
● GALA FEEDBACK AND NOTES FOR 2020:
o Secure venue, Plan and promote 6 months prior to event (suggested venue 7Seven7)
o Ensure all BOD can attend and possibly give each board member a 2 ticket goal
o Purchase square reader or something to accept cc on site. Some people not comfortable using PayPal or not receiving texts to pay for auction items at end of night. Cc info could be taken at check-in and processed if people won.
o Have at least 4 volunteers for check in, ensure all capable of accurate check-in
o Downsize auction to 10-15 baskets max
o Jill to do “last man standing” live auction again
o Feedback on casino tables?
o Keep one desirable raffle item at entry, gained decent donations from raffle, hype up more
o Feedback on menu?
