We’ve invited Amy Thorson from Nativ Healing to lead us on a nourishing reiki sound healing journey on the beach! As a busy mama, this is your 75min to just receive. You don't need to do anything other than to invite the healing ocean and sound medicine into your system to heal, release, and restore you at the deepest levels of your being.
Sound healing is scientifically proven to place the body into deep states of relaxation and balance to relieve stress and anxiety, calm the nervous system, and improve overall physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Join us in community as we co-create a space of self love during a special evening of sound. We'll light a bonfire to keep us warm as we watch the sunset, and provide warm adaptogen drinks (alcohol optional) to help you really mellow out and recharge. Only 22 tickets available. $25 each
