About The Event
Let’s get together for something different like a sound-bath class (parents only) in March...hoping you will join me for some much needed meditation. We’ve also heard babies in utero love the experience as most of you know I am now 5 months pregnant.
Sound is a tool for healing and a means of expression. Beejstudios uses music and sound for mantra’s, meditation and relaxation. They use frequency to enable ourselves to move to a higher vibration by means of entrainment. Entrainment is when one frequency shifts and changes other frequencies to vibrate at the level of itself. With the use of mantra (words or sounds that are repeated for a specific purpose), the gong, and crystal bowls we have the ability to uplift and change our own vibration.
