Jill Epple is originally from New Jersy but has called Laguna Beach home for over 10 years. In addition to being a mom of two, Jill does non-profit work specializing in marketing and event planning. Through the Club, Jill has built many lasting friendships with other local families.
Andrea Maruska has lived all over the United States, originating in Kansas. She and her husband have a 1 year old daughter and have been lucky enough to call Laguna Beach home for three years. Her career has focused on international corporate events, with a recent focus on private philanthropy travel. LBPC has been an amazing resource in making friends in the community, finding sanity and balance with the mom's night out and learning the secret gems that Laguna offers to families.
Allison Wald moved to Laguna Beach from the Bay Area in 2017 and has loved calling this special place her home for the past two years. In addition to being a Mom, Allison works for Starbucks on their Ethics and Compliance team. She joined the club after moving to Laguna and wanted to get more involved with the culture and community and meet other local families. As a working mom, this club has allowed her and her family to meet so many wonderful friends that will last a lifetime.
Raised in Central California, Nancy Fisher and her husband, Andrew, settled in Laguna to start their family in 2014. Nancy has two energetic boys that keep her active when she is not traveling for business. Nancy joined the Club upon moving to Laguna from Los Angeles and has met many families through her involvement.
Alison Rubino Asher
With a passion for all things sporty, Aleksandra Korfanty brings her athletic flair to the Club. Proud Mama of two boy and little girl, Aleks has whole-heartedly devoted her time to her son, daughter and husband!. The Club has helped her to meet many likeminded people with shared goals in parenting. Through this experience she has grown personally as she's become closely tied to the community.
Kayla Wiechert lives in Laguna with her husband, two young sons, and dog. They enjoy walking and playing at local parks together. She works with student clubs and organizations at Chapman University so is excited to contribute to, and gain from, one in her own community!
Sofia Sawitz is a busy mama and wife, born and raised in South Pasadena, who moved to Laguna Beach in 2008 when she married her husband, Steve. She is a board certified Doctor of Physical Therapy and entrepreneur and stays busy as a professor at Chapman University PT graduate program while she running her businesses with her husband. Sofia gained so much from the relationships and resources in LBPC and is so honored to take a role as Secretary and give back to her “village” that has given her so much.
