Jill Epple is originally from New Jersy but has called Laguna Beach home for over 10 years. In addition to being a mom of two, Jill does non-profit work specializing in marketing and event planning. Through the Club, Jill has built many lasting friendships with other local families.
Andrea Maruska has lived all over the United States, originating in Kansas. She and her husband have a 3 year old daughter and a newborn daughter and have been lucky enough to call Laguna Beach home for five years. LBPC has been an amazing resource for making new friends within the community, finding sanity and balance with the mom's night out, and learning all the secret gems that Laguna has to offer families.
Allison Wald moved to Laguna Beach from the Bay Area in 2017 and has loved calling this special place her home for the past two years. In addition to being a Mom, Allison works for Starbucks on their Ethics and Compliance team. She joined the club after moving to Laguna and wanted to get more involved with the culture and community and meet other local families. As a working mom, this club has allowed her and her family to meet so many wonderful friends that will last a lifetime.
Raised in Central California, Nancy Fisher and her husband, Andrew, settled in Laguna to start their family in 2014. Nancy has two energetic boys that keep her active when she is not traveling for business. Nancy joined the Club upon moving to Laguna from Los Angeles and has met many families through her involvement.
After more than 15 years in New York City, Kim decided to join her twin sister on the west coast and has never looked back. Almost 7 years in Socal, she lives in South Laguna with her husband, Jon and 2 year old son, Dylan.
You can find them at the beach or exploring new restaurants. Laguna Beach is definitely their forever home.
Alex is a California transplant originally from Falls Church, Virginia. Her friends and family live far and wide. Through the years, The Laguna Beach Parents Club has provided support, community, and friendship after the birth of her daughter and son.
She describe Laguna Beach as a small town with a big name and is proud and excited to continue the tradition and benefits of the LBPC. Alex loves and embraces all things Laguna from The Pageant to Art Walk, World-Class Restaurants, and beautiful Beaches, but her absolute favorite part of our town is the people. She is very accessible and enjoys embracing and welcoming new faces.
Kayla Wiechert lives in Laguna with her husband, two young sons, and dog. They enjoy walking and playing at local parks together. She works with student clubs and organizations at Chapman University so is excited to contribute to, and gain from, one in her own community!
Sofia Sawitz is a busy mama and wife, born and raised in South Pasadena, who moved to Laguna Beach in 2008 when she married her husband, Steve. She is a board certified Doctor of Physical Therapy and entrepreneur and stays busy as a professor at Chapman University PT graduate program while she running her businesses with her husband. Sofia gained so much from the relationships and resources in LBPC and is so honored to take a role as Secretary and give back to her “village” that has given her so much.
